Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for the Bank Medical Officer post must possess:

  • MBBS degree from a recognised university or a medical college approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the respective State Medical Council.

  • Candidates holding MD, MS, or Postgraduate Diploma in relevant medical disciplines are also eligible to apply.

Experience Required

Applicants must also meet the prescribed professional experience criteria:

  • MBBS holders: Minimum 5 years' experience as a General Practitioner (excluding internship).

  • Candidates with postgraduate medical qualifications: Minimum 3 years' relevant experience after obtaining the postgraduate degree.

Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will receive an attractive salary package under Middle Management Grade Scale-II.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of three stages.

1. Online Written Examination

Candidates will appear for an online objective test consisting of 100 questions covering:

  • Reasoning Ability

  • Quantitative Aptitude

  • English Language

The examination duration will be 45 minutes.

2. Interview
